Work stress of the nurse and its relationship with the satisfaction of the care received in the patients of the military polyclinic of chorrillos, lima 2021

Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between nurses' work stress and satisfaction with the care received by patients at the Chorrillos Military Polyclinic, Lima. Materials and methods. This study is a descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational research. The population and sample will consist of all the nurses who work in person, currently made up of 28 nurses, choosing for convenience 78 users who are seen daily at the Chorrillos Military Polyclinic, considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survey technique will be used using the following instruments: For the development of this research, the methodological design followed by Benzaquen (2014) will be used, where the impact of ISO 9001 certification on TQM is analyzed, comparing TQM factors to measure the level of quality that organizations provide in their management.

"La presente investigación analiza la relación del estrés laboral de la enfermera con la satisfacción de la atención recibida en los pacientes del Policlínico Militar de Chorrillos, Lima. Materiales y métodos. El presente estudio es una investigación descriptiva de corte transversal y correlacional. La población y muestra estará formada por la totalidad de licenciadas que laboran en forma presencial actualmente conformada por 28 Enfermeras, escogiéndose por conveniencia a 78 usuarios que se atienden diariamente en el Policlínico Militar de Chorrillos, considerando los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta mediante los instrumentos: Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se utilizará el diseño metodológico seguido por Benzaquen (2014), donde analiza el impacto de la certificación ISO 9001 en la TQM, comparando factores de TQM para medir el nivel de Calidad que brindan las organizaciones en su gestión."
