| dc.description.abstract | The present investigation: "Job satisfaction and burnout syndrome of the nurse in the emergency service of the Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, 2019". The objective was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome in the nurse of the emergency service of the national Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, 2019. The research is of non-experimental trasversal and correlational desing. The population consisted of the 97 nurses who work in the emergency service of the national Hospital Arzobispo Loayza and the sample consisted of 66 Nurses, which was obtained by simple random sampling. The technique was the survey, the Red Font Questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire were applied, both questionnaires were used to measure the job satisfaction and burnout syndrome with their dimensions respectively. It was concluded that a statistically significant relationship was not found between the level of job satisfaction and the burnout syndrome in the nurse of the emergency service of the Hospital Arzobispo Loayza. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación: “Satisfacción laboral y síndrome de burnout del enfermero(a) en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, 2019”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Satisfacción laboral y Síndrome de burnout en el enfermero(a) del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza, 2019. La investigación es de diseño no experimental, trasversal y de nivel correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por los 97 enfermeros(as) que laboran en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza y la muestra estuvo conformada por 66 enfermeros(as), la cual fue obtenida mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple. La técnica fue la encuesta, se aplicó el Cuestionario Font Roja y el Cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory, ambos cuestionarios se utilizaron para medir la satisfacción laboral y síndrome de burnout con sus dimensiones respectivamente. Se concluyó que no se encontró una relación estadísticamente significativa entre el nivel de satisfacción laboral y el síndrome de burnout en el enfermero(a) del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Arzobispo Loayza. | es_ES |
