Work overload of the nursing professional and performance in the emergency service, in a national hospital Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: To determine the relationship between the work overload of nursing professionals and their performance in the Emergency Service, of a National Hospital, Lima 2023. Materials and methods: a quantitative correlational study in a population of 80 nurses from the emergency service. Two validated instruments will be applied to collect the information that will respond to the hypotheses raised. Quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems raised. Throughout the investigation, research conduct will be maintained in accordance with ethical principles.

Objetivo: Determinar qué relación existe entre la sobrecarga laboral del profesional de enfermería y su desempeño en el Servicio de Emergencias, de un Hospital Nacional de, Lima 2023. Materiales y métodos: un estudio cuantitativo correlacional en una población de 80 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia. Se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados para recolectar la información que dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se harán mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados. Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos.
