Level of knowledge and attitudes about newborn care and warning signs in adolescent mothers hospitalized in joint accommodation at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in Cerro de Pasco, 2022

Abstract

The objective being to determine that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about care and warning signs of the newborn in adolescent mothers hospitalized in joint accommodation at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in Cerro de Pasco, 2022. Quantitative research, non-experimental type, design correlational-observational. The population made up of 30 adolescent mothers hospitalized in joint accommodation at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in Cerro de Pasco was used and it will be given under a no probabilistic sampling, applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the technique that will be applied will be two surveys with standard instruments. questionnaire for both the dependent and independent variable, proceeding to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about care and warning signs of the newborn in adolescent mothers.

Siendo el objetivo determinar que existe relación del nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre cuidados y signos de alarma del recién nacido en madres adolescentes hospitalizadas en alojamiento conjunto del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión de Cerro de Pasco, 2022. De investigación cuantitativo, tipo no experimental, diseño correlacional-observacional. Se utilizará la población constituida por 50 madres adolescentes hospitalizadas en alojamiento conjunto del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión de Cerro de Pasco y se dará bajo un muestreo no probabilístico, aplicando el criterio de inclusión y exclusión y la técnica que se aplicará será la encuesta con dos instrumentos tipo cuestionario tanto para la variable dependiente e independiente, procediendo la determinación de relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre cuidados y signos de alarma del recién nacido en madres adolescentes, para ello los datos obtenidos serán procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS v. 25.
