Emotional intelligence and work stress in the nurses of the hemodialysis service of a clinic specialized in the kidney in the city of Jaen, 2022

Abstract

The general objective of the study will be the following: To determine how emotional intelligence is related to work stress in nurses of the hemodialysis service of a specialized kidney clinic in the city of Jaén, 2022. The methodological characteristics will establish a hypothetical-deductive method, where a sample represented by 20 nurses has been counted with the use of a questionnaire for data collection. The results will be presented by means of descriptive and inferential statistics, with the purpose of being able to offer an answer by means of statistics to each of the stated objectives. Likewise, it will be concluded on the basis of each response offered by the objectives analyzed, seeking to offer a specific response to each approach taken.

El objetivo general del estudio será el siguiente: Determinar cómo la inteligencia emocional se relaciona con el estrés laboral de los enfermeros del servicio de hemodiálisis de una clínica especializada en el riñón de la ciudad de Jaén, 2022. Las características metodológicas establecerán un método hipotético deductivo, en donde se ha contado con una muestra representada por 45 enfermeros, sobre los que se ha contado con el empleo del cuestionario para el recojo de datos. Los resultados quedarán expuestos por medio de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial, con la finalidad de poder ofrecer respuesta por medio de la estadística hacia cada uno de los objetivos planteados. Así mismo, se concluirá en base a cada ofrecimiento de respuesta de los objetivos analizados, buscando ofrecer una respuesta específica hacia cada planteamiento realizado.
