Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis in the renal unit of the regional hospital - Huánuco - 2023

Abstract

Patients who receive hemodialysis treatment face a difficult situation during the time of their illness, therefore nursing graduates they play a very important role in providing quality care and ensuring that patients are satisfied with their health status. Objective: "To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction with hemodialysis in the Renal Unit", Hypothetical-deductive study method, quantitative approach, applicative type, non-experimental design with descriptive level with cross-sectional-correlational section. The sample population will consist of 78 patients, the survey technique consisting of two instruments will be used Observational guide and Care-Q assessment questionnaire for the target population are validated and reliable for measuring the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in the SPSS V.25.0 program and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of the correlation coefficient of Spearman and Cronbach's Alpha.

Los pacientes que reciben tratamiento de hemodiálisis afrontan una situación difícil en el tiempo de su enfermedad por ende los licenciados de enfermería tienen un rol muy importante de brindar calidad de cuidado y que los pacientes resultan satisfechos en su estado de salud. Objetivo “Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre la Calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente con hemodiálisis en la Unidad Renal”, método de estudio hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicativo, diseño no experimental con nivel descriptivo con corte transversal – correlacional. Población muestra estará conformada por 78 pacientes, se usará la técnica de encuesta que consta de dos instrumentos guía de observación y cuestionario de evaluación Care-Q para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en el programa de SPSS V.25.0 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman y Alfa de Cronbach.
