Resumen
The objective of this research is: To determine the relationship that exists between lifestyles and the risk of cardiovascular diseases in professionals who work in a hospital in Lima, 2022. Material and method: The research respond to the hypothetical-deductive method; quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, descriptive level, correlational scope and cross-sectional. The sample is made up of 60 health professionals in a hospital in Lima, to whom the PEPS-1 Test and the UN cardiovascular risk calculator will be applied to measure the lifestyle variable to measure the risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease. The statistic used will be SPSS 25.0.
Resumen
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de vida y el riesgo a enfermedades cardiovasculares en profesionales que trabajan en un hospital de Lima, 2022. Material y método: La investigación responde al método hipotético-deductivo; enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de nivel descriptivo, alcance correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra está compuesta por 60 profesionales de la salud en un hospital de Lima, a quienes se le apliccará para medir la variable estilos de vida el Test PEPS 1 y la calculadora de riesgo cardiovascular del ONU para medir el riesgo a padecer enfermedad cardiovascular. El estadístico empleado será el SPSS 25.0.
