dc.description.abstractObjective: To analyze the relationship between the level of work stress and the lifestyles of the nursing staff in the hospitalization area of the Clínica Padre Luis Tezza Lima 2023. Methodology: The quantitative, applied, non-experimental approach has been developed for the study, correlational, cross-sectional; The population was the nursing staff, which was made up of 77 nurses from the Hospitalization Area of the Padre Luis Tezza Lima 2023 Clinic. Results. In the research, the nursing professionals of the Hospitalization Area of the Padre Luis Tezza Lima 2023 Clinic, in the ages were between 21 to 30 years in 72.7%, from 41 to 60 years in 14.3%, from 31 to 40 years in 13%. Related to sex, they show that in the Feminine they represent 77.9% and in the Masculine they are 22.1%. For the Civil Status, we show that there are Married in 13%, there are Single in 33.8%, there are Cohabitants in 48.1%, there is a Widow in 1.3% and there are Divorced in 3.9%. In the emotional exhaustion dimension of the level of work stress with lifestyles, there is medium work stress with unhealthy lifestyles in 27.3%. In the depersonalization dimension of the level of work stress with lifestyles, there is medium work stress with unhealthy lifestyles in 31.2%. In the personal fulfillment dimension of the level of work stress with lifestyles, there is medium work stress with unhealthy lifestyles in 31.2%. In the level of work stress with lifestyles, there is medium work stress with unhealthy lifestyles in 55.8%. The result is obtained, showing the alpha of 0.004, saying that it is below the alpha 0.005, this indicates that the hypotheses that were raised should be accepted where there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of work stress and the lifestyles of the employee. nursing staff in the hospitalization area of the Padre Luis Tezza Lima 2023 Clinic.en_US
