Knowledge about immunizations and compliance with the vaccination scheme in mothers of children under 1 year of age hospital Huaraz 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between knowledge about immunizations and compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under 1 year old at Hospital Huaraz." Methodology: The approach is quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, and cross-sectional design. To measure the knowledge level variable, a questionnaire developed by Zósimo et al. in 2022 will be used, which presented validity of p = 0.00352 and reliability of 0.796 as measured by Cronbach's Alpha. For the evaluation of compliance, observation will be conducted using a checklist aligned with Ministerial Resolution No. 196 – MINSA/2022/DGIESP, created by the Ministry of Health of Peru.The instrument and checklist will be applied in person, prior to obtaining informed consent. A descriptive and correlational statistical analysis will be carried out using the SPSS version 25 statistical program. Spearman's rho statistic will be used, complemented with tables, figures, and graphs, for the analysis and verification of both descriptive and inferential hypotheses, including the Spearman test to validate the proposed hypotheses.

Objetivo “Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en madres de niños menores de 1 año Hospital Huaraz”. Metodología El enfoque es de tipo cuantitativo, diseño No experimental, tipo descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal. Para medir la variable del nivel conocimiento se utilizará el cuestionario que calcula el conocimiento de las madres sobre inmunización, elaborado por Zósimo et al en el año 2022 el cual presento una validez p 0.00352 y confiabilidad de 0,796 medida por Alfa de Crombach. Para la evaluación del cumplimiento, será mediante la observación, se aplicará una lista de cotejo, la cual responde a una Resolución Magisterial N°196 – MINSA/2022/DGIESP, elaborada por el Ministerio de Salud del Perú. El instrumento y la lista de cotejo serán consumados de manera presencial, antes del consentimiento informado. Se realizará un análisis estadístico descriptivo y correlacional. se manipulará el programa estadístico SPSS versión 25, a través del estadígrafo de Rho Spearman, el cual se complementará con tablas, figuras y gráficos para el análisis y comprobación de las hipótesis en estudiotanto descriptivas como inferenciales, incluida la prueba de Spearman, para comprobar las hipótesis planteadas.
