Conocimientos y actitudes sobre eventos adversos en la cultura de seguridad del paciente del personal de salud de la Clínica Divino Niño Jesús. Lima. 2019

Abstract

Trabajo de investigación, titulado “Conocimientos y actitudes sobre eventos adversos en la cultura de seguridad del paciente del personal de salud de la Clínica Divino Niño Jesús. Lima, 2019. Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre conocimientos y actitudes sobre eventos adversos en la cultura de seguridad del paciente del personal de salud de la Clínica divino niño Jesús. Material y Método: Por el tipo de investigación, el actual trabajo es de tipo básica, descriptivo, cuantitativo, prospectivo, trasversal. La población, es 60 personales de salud. En la variable actitudes el instrumento, será un cuestionario tipo Escala de Likert. Contienen 28 ítems. La variable conocimiento se usará el cuestionario con 10 ítems, estructuradas en 5 alternativas. Resultados: Se rechaza la hipótesis nula, teniendo una p=003. La hipótesis general se cumple, existe relación entre conocimientos y las actitudes sobre eventos en la cultura de seguridad del paciente, ya que el valor es, X2=11, 429ª; g.l.= 2; por lo que se rechaza la independencia entre las variables de investigación, se confirma la relación entre las variables, siendo esta relación positiva y significativa según el estadístico V de Cramer = 0,436. Conclusiones: Con el presente trabajo se determinó que existe relación entre los conocimientos y las actitudes sobre eventos adversos, en la cultura de seguridad del paciente del personal de salud de la clínica divino niño Jesús, ya que, al tener más conocimientos, van a tener una mejor actitud.

Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events in the patient safety culture of the health staff of the Divine Child Jesus Clinic. Material and method: Due to the type of research, the current work is basic, descriptive, quantitative, prospective, transverse. The population is 60 health personnel. In the variable attitudes the instrument will be a Likert Scale type questionnaire. They contain 28 items. The knowledge variable will use the questionnaire with 10 items, structured in 5 alternatives. Results: The null hypothesis is rejected, having a p = 003. The general hypothesis is fulfilled, there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes about events in the patient's safety culture, since the value is, X2 = 11, 429th; g.l. = 2; reason why independence between the research variables is rejected, the relationship between the variables is confirmed, being this positive and significant relationship according to Cramer's V statistic = 0.436. Conclusions: With the present work it was determined that there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes about adverse events, in the culture of patient safety of the health staff of the divine clinic Jesus child, since, not to have more knowledge, they will Have a better attitude.
