Resumen
The research project developed aims to "Determine the relationship between work stress and quality of life in nursing professionals in the adult emergency service of an EsSalud Hospital Lima, 2024." For its methodological development, the Hypothetical-Deductive design was taken into account, quantitative, non-experimental design and with a correlational scope; The population will be made up of 120 nursing professionals who work in the adult emergency service, to whom two validated and reliable questionnaires will be applied, such as: “The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS)” developed in 1986 by Gray Toft; Spanish version by Pons y Escriba in 1998; For the quality of work life, the “Worker Quality of Life Test (CVT)” developed by Gonzales et al. will be used. and modified by Cruz in 2020. For data processing, the matrix table will be prepared and subsequently the correlation of the variables will be analyzed in the SPSS version 23 program and the hypothesis testing will be done using Spearman's Rho statistical test, after This will develop tables of contents for final analysis.
Resumen
El proyecto de investigación desarrollado tiene como objetivo “Determinar la relación existente entre el estrés laboral y la calidad de vida en profesionales de enfermería del servicio de emergencia adultos de un Hospital de EsSalud Lima, 2024”. Para su desarrollo metodológico se tomó en cuenta el diseño Hipotético-Deductivo, de tipo cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y con un alcance correlacional; la población se conformará por 120 profesionales en enfermería que ejercen su labor en el servicio de emergencia adultos, a quienes se les aplicará dos cuestionarios validados y confiables como son: el “The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS)” elaborada en 1986 por Gray Toft; versión en castellano por Pons y Escriba en 1998; para la calidad de vida laboral se empleará el “Test de Calidad de Vida del Trabajador (CVT)” elaborada por Gonzales et al. y modificada por Cruz en el 2020. Para el procesamiento de datos se elaborará la tabla matriz y posteriormente la correlación de las variables serán analizados en el programa SPSS versión 23 y la comprobación de hipótesis se hará mediante la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman, posterior a ello se desarrollarán las tablas de contenido para su análisis final.
