Gobierno electrónico y satisfacción de los usuarios internos del Centro Médico Naval Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara, Callao, Perú 2023

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación, se realizó teniendo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el gobierno electrónico y la satisfacción del usuario interno del Centro Médico Naval Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara; para lo cual se empleó el método hipotético deductivo, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental (observacional) de nivel correlacional. Para la presente investigación se consideró una población total de 245 colaboradores, usuarios internos (personal militar, personal civil nombrado y contratado), determinándose una muestra de 150 colaboradores. Al concluir la investigación los resultados revelaron que existe correlación entre las variables Gobierno electrónico y la Satisfacción del Usuario interno, y se halló una correlación moderada positiva y baja; confirmando la hipótesis que existe una relación entre el gobierno electrónico y la satisfacción de los usuarios internos. Cabe destacar que, aunque las dimensiones Presencia, Interacción y Transacción no tienen correlación significativa, la variable Transformación si tiene relación positiva y moderada, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que los grupos de edades entre los 31 a 50 años, destacan su nivel de Excelente. Finalmente se puede afirmar que, en la medida que se implemente el gobierno electrónico, se logrará una mejor satisfacción del usuario interno.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between e-government and internal user satisfaction at the Santiago Távara Naval Medical Center; for which the hypothetical deductive method was used, under an applied quantitative approach, the research design was non-experimental (observational) at a correlational level. A total population of 245 collaborators, internal users (military personnel, appointed and contracted civilian personnel) was considered for this research, determining a sample of 150 collaborators. At the conclusion of the research, the results revealed that there is an association between the variables E-Government and Internal User Satisfaction, and a moderate positive and low correlation was found; confirming the hypothesis that there is a relationship between E-Government and internal user satisfaction. It should be noted that, although the dimensions Presence, Interaction and Transaction do not have a significant association, the variable Transformation does have a positive and moderate association, especially considering that the age groups between 31 and 50 years old, highlight their level of Excellent. Finally, it can be affirmed that, to the extent that e-government is implemented, a better internal user satisfaction will be achieved.
