Labor risk in nurses working in the surgical center of the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Huacho hospital 2020

Abstract

This ongoing research will have a quantitative approach, the methodological design will be non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional. The population to be considered will consist of 100 nursing graduates working in the ICU of a hospital in Lima during the year 2020. No sampling will be done due to the small population size. The technique to be used will be the survey, and the data collection instrument will be the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, which has 3 dimensions and a total of 22 items.

Esta investigación en curso tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño metodológico será no experimental, descriptivo y transversal. La población a considerar estará compuesta por 100 graduados en enfermería que trabajan en la UCI de un hospital en Lima durante el año 2020. No se realizará muestreo debido al pequeño tamaño de la población. La técnica que se utilizará será la encuesta, y el instrumento de recolección de datos será el cuestionario del Inventario de Estrés de Maslach (MBI), que tiene 3 dimensiones y un total de 22 ítems.
