Quality of care and satisfaction of the emergency user of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objective: Determine how the quality of care is related to user satisfaction Methodology: it will be an applied type study, correlational in scope, and with a nonexperimental design; 150 Users will be studied, who attend the emergency on average during the month of April 2023. Two standardized instruments with validity and reliability carried out in previous studies in the Peruvian environment will be applied. The data will be analyzed through inferential statistics with a non-parametric analysis, the hypotheses will be contrasted through the Sperman Rho coefficient, there will be an adequate ethical conduct respecting the autonomy of the users through the informed consent, the data will be used for research purposes only, participants will not have any physical, social and/or psychological risk.

Será un estudio de tipo aplicada, de alcance correlacional, y con un diseño no experimental; se estudiarán 150 Usuarios, que asisten en promedio a la emergencia durante el mes de abril del año 2023. Se aplicarán dos instrumentos estandarizados con validez y confiabilidad realizadas en estudios anteriores en entorno peruano. Los daros se analizarán a través de la estadística inferencial con un análisis no paramétrico, las hipótesis se contrastarán a través del coeficiente Rho de Sperman, se tendrá una conducta ética adecuada respetando la autonomía de los usuarios a través del consentimiento informado, los datos serán utilizados solo con fines de investigación, los participantes no tendrán ningún riesgo físico, social y o psicológico
