Quality of life at work and lifestyles of employees of a peruvian hotel Chain Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the quality of life at work and lifestyles in employees of a hotel chain.”, the population will be made up of 1000 employees of the company Nessus Hoteles Perú S.A. Sample: 278 collaborators. Methodological design: type of applied research, cross-sectional, observational, correlational and descriptive. Instruments: To evaluate the “Quality of life at work” variable, the Gohisalo CVT questionnaire adapted in its brief version by Moreno M, Gonzales R, et al, in 2017, reliable through Crombach's Alpha of 0.911, will be used to evaluate the “Lifestyles” variable, the Lifestyle Practices and Beliefs Questionnaire will be applied, a questionnaire adapted from Landa N, in 2016, reliable through Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.79. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: the data will be processed using the SPSS 27.0 statistical program and according to the values obtained, the tables and/or figures will be prepared and the statistical analysis will be applied to obtain the correlation coefficient and verify the proposed hypothesis. The Rho test will be applied Rho de Spearman.

Objetivo:” Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de vida en el trabajo y estilos de vida en colaboradores de una cadena hotelera.”, la población estará constituida por 1000 colaboradores de la empresa Nessus Hoteles Perú S.A. Muestra: 278 colaboradores. Diseño metodológico: tipo de investigación aplicada, de corte transversal, observacional, correlacional y descriptivo. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Calidad de vida en el trabajo” se utilizará el cuestionario CVT Gohisalo adaptado en su versión breve por Moreno M, Gonzales R, et al, en el 2017, confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach de 0.911 y para evaluar la variable “Estilos de Vida” se aplicará el Cuestionario de prácticas y creencias sobre estilos de vida cuestionario adaptado Landa N, en el 2016, confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach con índice de 0.79. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se procesarán los datos mediante el programa estadístico SPSS 27.0 y según los valores obtenidos se elaborarán las tablas y/o figuras y el análisis estadístico para obtener el coeficiente de correlación y comprobar la hipótesis planteada se aplicará la prueba Rho de Spearman.
