Burnout Syndrome and Work Performance against COVID-19 of the Nursing Staff that Works in the Surgical Center of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima - 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and Job Performance in the face of COVID-19 of the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima - 2021. Material and method: This research has quantitative approaches, since the data collections are used to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of the behavioral models in a population. When talking about quantitative research, it refers to the statistical level, this indicates the approach, when we refer to objective realities from a numerical measurement through statistical analysis that determines a prediction or a behavior pattern of the problem or phenomenon that is posed.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el Síndrome Burnout con el Desempeño Laboral frente al COVID-19 del personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, Lima – 2021 Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoques cuantitativos, dado que se utiliza las recolecciones de los datos para hacer la demostración de la hipótesis sustentado en los análisis estadísticos y el análisis de las cualidades o atributos descritos para determinar los resultados de los modelos de conducta en una población. al hablar de investigaciones cuantitativas, se refiere al nivel estadístico, ello nos indica el enfoque, cuando nos referimos a las realidades objetivas desde una medición numérica mediante análisis estadísticos que determina una predicción o un patrón de comportamiento del problema o del fenómeno que se planteado.
