Resumen
Objective: To determine the relationship between leadership styles and the organizational climate of nursing staff. Materials and methods: The study method will be hypothetical-deductive. With a quantitative approach. The type of research will be applied. The methodological design that will be used will be observational, correlational, descriptive, and cross-sectional. The population will be 110 nurses, technicians, and nursing assistants. The sample will be made up of 86 nursing staff, simple random sampling will be applied. Instruments: to measure the variable "Leadership Styles" the questionnaire prepared by Casales 2006 will be applied, modified by Carrasco in 2021, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.801 and to evaluate the variable "Organizational Climate" the questionnaire prepared by Barrientos in 2021 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.882. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of descriptive statistics that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics through the application of Spearman's Rho test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los estilos de liderazgo y el clima organizacional del personal de enfermería. Materiales y métodos: El método de estudio será Hipotético deductivo. Con enfoque cuantitativo. El tipo de investigación será aplicada, El diseño metodológico que se utilizará será observacional, correlacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población será 110 enfermeros, técnicos y auxiliares de enfermería. La muestra estará conformada 86 personal de enfermería, se aplicará el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple. Instrumentos: para medir la variable “Estilos de Liderazgo” se aplicará el cuestionario elaborado por Casales 2006, modificado por Carrasco en el 2021, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.801 y para evaluar la variable “Clima Organizacional” se aplicará el cuestionario elaborado por Barrientos en el 2021, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.882. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la estadística descriptiva que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba Rho de Spearman para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio
