Resumen
The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the triage area of a private clinic in Lima, 2023. Based on a study method under a quantitative approach, with a short cross section, no experimental design, hypothetical deductive method, basic type and correlational descriptive level. The sample consisted of 80 patients of 30 men and 50 women between the ages of 18 to 37 years and over. In the results of the descriptive analysis, 2.5% dissatisfaction, 35% indecision, and 3.8% mean satisfaction in the quality of care were identified, and 0% dissatisfaction, 8.8% indecision, and 50% satisfaction. satisfaction. high satisfaction in the quality of care perceived by patients. In the inferential results, it was determined that there is a high positive relationship (r = .874; p < .000). In conclusion, there is a relationship between the quality of care and patient satisfaction in the triage area of a private clinic in Lima, 2023.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente en el área de triaje de una clínica privada de Lima, 2023. Material y métodos: El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fueron 80 pacientes atendidos en una clínica privada de Lima, siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusión y exclusión de la investigación. Para determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente en el área de triaje de una clínica privada de Lima, se utilizó dos instrumentos, el primero comprende 15 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones y el segundo comprende de 10 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones
