Ergonomic risks and their relationship with job performance among nursing professionals in the Surgical Center of Good Hope Clinic, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between ergonomic risks and the work performance of nursing professionals suffering the Surgical Center of the Good Hope Lima Clinic 2023. Material and methods: Quantitative approach, deductive cross-sectional and prospective method. The population consisted of 80 nurses from the Surgical Center at the Good Hope Miraflores Clinic in Lima. This made it possible to take a sample of the total population under study, considering the determined population. The data collection technique was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire, through closed and open questions. Validity was assessed through expert judgments. Applying a statistical study to find proportions in specific variables and centered in central style towards quantitative variables, in the study the chi-square test was applied allowing to calculate the society between the qualitative variables, and then establish the mean in the category of a qualitative variable and a quantitative variable, the independent t-test and the one-way study of variance were applied. with statistical significance p <0.05.Key words: Level of knowledge, job performance, musculoskeletal disorders.

Analizar la relación de los riesgos ergonómicos con el desempeño laboral en profesionales de enfermería del Centro Quirúrgico de la Clínica Good Hope Lima 2023. Material y método: Enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo de corte trasversal y prospectivo. La población estuvo constituida por 80 enfermeros del Centro Quirúrgico en la Clínica Good Hope Miraflores Lima. Lo que permitió, tomar una muestra del total de la población estudiada, considerando la población determinada. La Técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario, a través de preguntas cerradas y abiertas. La validez fue valorada a través de juicios de expertos. Aplicándose un estudio estadístico en encontrar proporciones en variables específicas y centradas de estilo central hacia variables cuantitativas, en el estudio se aplicó la prueba chi cuadrado permitiendo calcular la sociedad entre las variables cualitativas, y luego establecer la media en la categoría de una variable cualitativa y una variable cuantitativa se aplicó la prueba t independiente y el estudio de varianza de una vía, con significancia estadística p<0,05.
