Quality of nursing care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction of nursing care in patients of the service emergency of a public hospital in Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of nursing care in patients of the Emergency Service of a Public Hospital in Lima, 2024. Methodology: The study has a quantitative, applied, non-experimental, crosssectional approach. correlational. This research work will have a population of 200 patients, the sample will consist of 133 patients who attend the Emergency Service of a Public Hospital in Lima, 2024. Results. In the investigation there are patients aged 26 to 29 years in 6.8%, from 30 to 44 in 75.9%, from 45 to 59 in 14.3%, from 60 years or older in 3%; in Sex, there are Female in 76.7% and Male in 23.3%; In Marital Status, there are Cohabitants in 22.6%, Single in 49.6%, Married in 23.3% and Others in 4.5%; At the level of study there is technical higher education in 33.8%, university higher education in 39.1% and secondary school in 27.1%. The quality of nursing care with the level of satisfaction of nursing care is shown in Table 2, a low quality with dissatisfied patients at 41.4%. The quality of nursing care in its technical dimension with the level of satisfaction of nursing care, low quality with dissatisfied patients in 34.6%. Objetivo: Analizar la relación de la calidad de atención de enfermería con el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en pacientes del Servicio de Emergencia de un Hospital Público de Lima, 2024. Metodología: El estudio tiene enfoque cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, transversal, correlacional. Este trabajo de investigación la población estará conformada por 200 pacientes la muestra estará conformada por 133 pacientes que acudan al Servicio de Emergencia de un Hospital Público de Lima, 2024. Resultados. En la investigación hay pacientes con edad de 26 a 29 años en 6.8%, de 30 a 44 en 75.9%, de 45 a 59 en 14.3%, de 60 a más años en 3%; en Sexo, hay Femenino en 76.7% y Masculino en 23.3%; en Estado civil, hay Conviviente en 22.6%, Soltero en 49.6%, Casados en 23.3% y Otros en 4.5%; en Nivel de estudio hay Superior técnico en 33.8%, Superior universitario en 39.1% y Secundaria en 27.1%. La calidad de atención de enfermería con el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, se muestra en la Tabla 2, una baja calidad con pacientes insatisfechos en 41.4%. La calidad de atención de enfermería en su dimensión técnica con el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, baja calidad con pacientes insatisfechos en 34.6%. La calidad de atención de enfermería, dimensión humana nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, baja calidad con pacientes insatisfechos en 41.4%. La calidad de atención de enfermería en su dimensión humana con el nivel de satisfacción del cuidado enfermero, baja calidad con pacientes insatisfechos en 41.4%.
