Quality of Nursing care from the perception of the post-operative patient of the Surgery service of a Hospital in Lima, 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the quality of nursing care from the perception of the post-operative patient of the Surgery service in a hospital in Lima, 2022. Methodology: Observational design study with a quantitative approach, cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 80 post-operative patients with general and regional anesthesia who go to the Post Anesthetic Recovery Unit and then to the Surgery service of a Hospital in Lima, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria raised in the research, no sample size was calculated. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used. The instrument will be a questionnaire called "Quality of nursing care perceived by hospitalized post-surgical patients." measured with the Likert scale, validated by the author Guevara Cubas, Hernando. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in 2 months, in the Surgery service. Once the information has been collected through the application of the instrument, the statistical analysis will be done by coding the data obtained in the Microsoft Excel 2019 Program and the SPSS Program version 26.0. Statistical Analysis: To communicate the results obtained in the present study, bar and/or circular graphs and tables will be used.

Objetivo: Determinar la calidad de los cuidados de enfermería desde la percepción del paciente post operado del servicio de Cirugía en un hospital de Lima, 2022. Metodología: Estudio de diseño observacional de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal. la población estará conformada por 80 pacientes post operados con anestesia general y regional que pasan a la Unidad de Recuperación Post Anestésica y luego al servicio de Cirugía de un Hospital de Lima, seleccionados de acuerdo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, no se calculó tamaño muestral. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta. El instrumento será un cuestionario denominado “Calidad del cuidado de Enfermería percibido por pacientes postquirúrgicos hospitalizados.”, medidos con la escala Likert, validado por el autor Guevara Cubas, Hernando. Procedimientos: la recolección de datos se realizará en 2 meses, en el servicio de Cirugía. Una vez recolectada la información mediante la aplicación del instrumento, el análisis estadístico se hará realizando codificación a los datos obtenidos en el Programa Microsoft Excel 2019 y el Programa SPSS versión 26.0. Análisis Estadístico: Para comunicar los resultados obtenidos en el presente estudio, se emplearán gráficos en barras y/o circulares y tablas.
