The empowerment and administrative management of the nursing professional in a third level health establishment, Lima 2023

Abstract

Objective: "To determine the relationship between administrative management and the empowerment of the Nursing professional", the population will be made up of 100 nursing professionals from the neonatology service of the Hospital. The Sample: The finite population of 100 neonatology nursing professionals. Methodological Design: The type of research is applied. The method is Hypothetical Deductive, the Design is observational, descriptive, transversal and correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Administrative management" the questionnaire adapted by Ayala Rojas L in 2019 will be used, supported by a crombach index of 0.87. On the other hand, to evaluate the variable "Staff Empowerment" the questionnaire adapted by Torres spin in 2018 will be applied, supported by a crombach index of 0.88. The data collection technique that we will use is the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive and frequency techniques, while the statistical analysis will be by distribution in parametric statistics (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (spearman).

Para la investigación es crucial determinar la relación que existe entre el empoderamiento y la gestión administrativa del profesional de Enfermería”, la población estará constituida por 100 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de neonatología del Hospital. La Muestra: La población finita de 100 profesionales de enfermería de neonatología, Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación es aplicada. El método es Hipotético Deductivo, el Diseño es observacional, descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Gestión administrativa” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Ayala Rojas L en el 2019, apoyado por un índice de crombach de 0.87. Por otro lado, para evaluar la variable “el Empoderamiento del personal” se aplicará el cuestionario adaptado por Torres spin en el 2018, apoyado por un índice de crombach de 0.88. La técnica de recolección de datos que usaremos es la encuesta. El procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y de frecuencia, mientras que el análisis estadístico será por distribución en estadísticas paramétricas (Correlación de Pearson) o no paramétricas (spearman).
