Knowledge and attitude of leadership in the care nurses who work in the surgery service of the III Victor Lazarte Echegaray Essalud hospital, Trujillo - 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between knowledge and leadership attitude in the nursing staff working in the Surgery Service at Hospital III Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – EsSalud Trujillo, Peru, 2021.

Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach, as it uses data collection to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results of behavioral models in a population. When referring to quantitative research, we are alluding to the statistical field, on which this approach is based—analyzing an objective reality through numerical measurements and statistical analysis to determine predictions or behavior patterns of the phenomenon or problem being studied.

Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el conocimiento y la actitud de liderazgo en las enfermeras asistenciales que laboran en el Servicio de Cirugía del Hospital III Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – EsSalud Trujillo, Perú, 2021 Material y método: Esta investigación tiene enfoque cuantitativo, porque se utiliza la recolección de datos para hacer la demostración de la hipótesis sustentado en el análisis estadístico y el análisis de las cualidades o atributos descritos para determinar los resultados de los modelos de conducta en una población. Cuando hablamos de una investigación cuantitativa damos por aludido al ámbito estadístico, es en esto en lo que se fundamenta dicho enfoque, en analizar una realidad objetiva a partir de mediciones numéricas y análisis estadísticos para determinar predicciones o patrones de comportamiento del fenómeno o problema planteado.
