Resumen
The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among nursing staff working in the Central Sterilization Unit of a public hospital in Ayacucho, 2023. The research methodology to be used will include a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional study, and correlational level. The population will consist of 36 nursing staff members, who will be administered a questionnaire on organizational climate developed by Carmen Rosa Espinoza Carbajal and a job satisfaction questionnaire designed and validated by Sonia Palma, considered a reliable instrument. The data will be entered into an Excel spreadsheet to organize and categorize the obtained information, which will later be exported to SPSS software version 27. The normal distribution of the variable will be analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) normality test, referencing the value (P = ≤ 0.05) to determine whether Pearson's or Spearman's correlation will be applied. Additionally, a chi-square test will be conducted to contrast hypotheses, and cross-tabulations will be used for sociodemographic aspects of the instrument.
Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo es la relación entre clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería que labora en Central de esterilización de un hospital público de Ayacucho 2023. La metodología de investigación a usar incluirá un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético – deductivo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional considerando una población de 36 personales de enfermería a quienes se les aplicará un cuestionario sobre clima organizacional el cual fue elaborado por Carmen Rosa Espinoza Carbajal, y el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral, elaborado y validado por Sonia Palma el cual fue considerado como un instrumento confiable , los datos serán ingresados a una hoja de cálculo Excel con la finalidad de ordenar y categorizar la información obtenida para posteriormente ser exportada al sofware SPSS versión V.27,en donde buscaremos conocer la distribución normal de la variable mediante la prueba de normalidad de (KS) tomando como referencia el valor (P=<o>005)con la finalidad de utilizar la correlación de Pearson o spearman, así mismo se realizara la prueba del chi cuadrado para contrastar hipótesis y las tablas cruzadas para los aspecto sociodemográficos del instrumento.
