Knowledge about pneumonia possessed by the nursing professional and its relationship with prevention in adult patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit of Hospital Vitarte - 2021

Abstract

Objective: to determine the knowledge about pneumonia that the nursing professional has and its relationship with the prevention of adult patients who are under an artificial ventilator in the intensive care ICU service of the Ate vitarte Nosocomio-2021. Material and method: The The research responds to the hypothetical-deductive deduction method, has a quantitative approach, is basic, descriptive correlational, formed by professional nursing collaborators from the intensive care service of the Vitarte hospital, which adds up to a total of 40 graduates in nursing, and will use two techniques to collect information, for the Knowledge variable it will use the survey technique and for the pneumonia prevention variable observation will be used, as for the instrument for the knowledge variable it is the questionnaire which has with 14 items and evaluates three dimensions: Scientific knowledge, Demonstrative knowledge, Procedural knowledge, for the pneumonia prevention variable it is the checklist, which has 20 items and evaluates 4 dimensions: Biosafety, Position, oral cavity, aspiration of secretions, its content validity was made and it was submitted to the judgment of experts who gave the results that were appropriate for its totality of items of the measurement instruments, in terms of the reliability of the present project. research will be measured based on a pilot test that will be used in 15 nursing graduates, then the reliability technique such as KR20 will have to be applied to achieve the reliability of both measurement instruments, in terms of the data processing and analysis plan. Once collected The information, the instruments will be reviewed and coded in an information program such as Excel to prepare the database. Then the SPSS version 26 program will be used to carry out the statistical processing of the data obtained. In order to test the hypothesis and establish a relationship between both variables under study, the Spearman correlation coefficient and significance will be used. Since it is an ordinal non-parametric test that will help me analyze the degree of association between two ordinal level variables.

Objetivo: determinar el conocimiento sobre neumonía que posee el profesional de enfermería y su relación con la prevención de pacientes adultos que se encuentran bajo un ventilador artificial en el servicio de terapia intensiva de UCI del Nosocomio de Ate vitarte-2021.Material y método: La investigación responde al método deducción hipotética deductiva, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, es básica, correlacional descriptiva, formada por colaboradores profesionales de enfermería del servicio de cuidados intensivos del hospital Vitarte que suma un total de 40 licenciadas en enfermería, e utilizara dos técnicas para el recojo de la información, Para la variable Conocimiento utilizará la técnica de la encuesta y Para la variable prevención de neumonía se utilizará la observación, en cuanto a los instrumento para la variable conocimiento es el cuestionario el cual cuenta con 14 ítems y evalúa tres dimensiones: Conocimiento científico, Conocimiento demostrativo, Conocimiento Procedimental, para la variable prevención de neumonía es la lista de chequeo, la cual cuenta con 20 ítems y evalúa 4 dimensiones: Bioseguridad, Posición, cavidad oral, Aspiración de secreciones, se hizo su validez de contenido y se sometió a juicio de expertos los cuales le dieron como resultados que eran apropiados por su totalidad de ítems de los instrumentos de medición, en cuanto a La confiabilidad del presente proyecto de investigación será medida en base a una prueba piloto que se usara en 15 licenciadas en enfermería, luego se tendrá que aplicar la técnica de confiabilidad como KR20 para alcanzar la fiabilidad de ambos instrumentos de medida, en cuanto al plan de procesamiento y análisis de datos Una vez recopilada la información, los instrumentos se revisaran y se codificaran en un programa de información como es Excel para preparar la base de datos. Luego e usara el programa SPSS versión 26 para la realizar el procesamiento estadístico de los datos obtenidos. Para poder comprobar la hipótesis y establecer relación entre ambas variables en estudio, utilizara el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman y significancia. Ya que es una prueba no paramétrica ordinal que me va ayudar analizar el grado de asociación entre dos variables de nivel ordinal
