Psychosocial risk factors and mental health of the nursing professional working at the Hospital Hermilio Valdizán, 2021

Abstract

Theoretical framework: The form of risk that occurs in the work area through psychosocial conditions is due to organizations, both psychological and physiological-social mechanisms, associated with stress and occupational load, thus we arrive at mental health, which on the contrary is all action that people perform to feel well-being in the mind or interior, allowing effects of improvements in mental balance. Methodology: hypothetical deductive, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational research, with a population of 83 professional nurses who work at the Hermilio Valdizán Hospital, 2 questionnaires will be applied, for psychosocial risk factors (ISTAS 21) it is valid and reliable by the author Chambi (15) in 2020 in Peru, with a Cronbach's Alpha = 0.75, comprised of 21 items with an answer polytomous of yes, sometimes and no, with 5 dimensions, while for mental health it will be evaluated with the 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), it is valid and reliable by the author Carbajal (16) in 2018. , with a Cronbach's Alpha = 0.757; After coordination with the Hospital institution, data is collected, interpreted by the SPSS version 25 program. Spearman correlations will demonstrate the hypothesis that will be presented in tables.

Marco teórico: La forma de riesgo que se da en el área laboral por medio de condiciones psicosociales es por organizaciones, mecanismos tanto psicológicos como fisiológicos – sociales, asociados al estrés y carga ocupacional, así llegamos a la salud mental que por el contrario es toda acción que las personas realizan para sentir bienestar en la mente o el interior, permitiendo efectos de mejoras en el equilibrio mental. Metodología: investigación hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, de corte transversal, descriptiva correlacional, con una población de 83 enfermeros profesionales que trabajan en el Hospital Hermilio Valdizán, se aplicará 2 cuestionarios, para los factores de riesgo psicosocial (ISTAS 21) es válido y confiable por el autor Chambi (15) en el año 2020 en Perú, con un Alfa de Cronbach = 0,75, comprendido en 21 ítems con respuesta politómicas de si, a veces y no, con 5 dimensiones, mientras que para salud mental se evaluará con el cuestionario General Health Questionnaire de 12 ítems (GHQ-12), es válido y confiable por el autor Carbajal (16) en el año 2018, con un Alfa de Cronbach = 0,757; luego de que se procede a la coordinación con la institución Hospitalaria se procede a la recolección de datos interpretados por el programa SPSS versión 25, en correlaciones de Spearman será evidenciado la hipótesis que se expondrán en tablas.
