Síndrome de burnout en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital Hipólito Unanue 2020

Abstract

Se busca evaluar el nivel del síndrome de burnout en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Hipólito Unanue 2020, El estudio en curso, es realizado teniendo en cuenta el enfoque cuantitativo. El diseño a emplearse es el descriptivo-transversal, ya que se hará una descripción de la variable tal como se desenvuelve en su medio y la medición solo será realizada una vez el tiempo. la población es finita y estará conformada por 105 enfermeros. Se aplicará el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI), que presenta 22 enunciados.

The aim is to assess the level of burnout syndrome in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Hipólito Unanue Hospital in 2020. The current study is carried out taking into account the quantitative approach. The design to be used is descriptive-cross-sectional, since a description of the variable will be made as it develops in its environment and the measurement will only be carried out once in time. The population is finite and will be made up of 105 nurses. The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) will be applied, which presents 22 statements.
