Job performance and its relationship with biosecurity measures by nursing staff working in operating rooms of a public hospital, Lima 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between work performance and biosafety measures of nursing staff who work in the operating room of a public hospital, Lima 2021. Material and method: This research will be carried out with the hypothetical deductive method, because it tries to establish the truth or falsity of the hypotheses proposed, with a quantitative approach, because the data will be collected through a questionnaire and a checklist, the research variables will not be manipulated, therefore it will be non-experimental, prospective since the researcher The data will be collected directly, and it will be in a specific time and space to know the relationship of the variables. The study population will be represented by 45 nursing personnel.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el desempeño laboral y las medidas de bioseguridad del personal de enfermería que laboran en sala de operaciones de un hospital público, Lima 2021. Material y método: Esta investigación será realizada con el método hipotético deductivo, porque trata de establecer la veracidad o falsedad de las hipótesis planteadas, con enfoque cuantitativo, porque se recopilará los datos mediante un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo, no se manipularan las variables de la investigación por ello será no experimental, prospectivo ya que el investigador recolectará directamente los datos, y será en un tiempo y espacio determinado para conocer la relación de las variables. La población de estudio será representada por 45 personales de enfermería.
