Occupational illness of the nursing professional and its relationship with time of service at the Mother – Child National Teaching Hospital San Bartolomé Lima, 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the occupational disease of the nursing professional and the length of service at the Hospital Nacional Docente Madre – Niño San Bartolomé – 2021. Material and method: Quantitative approach, cross-sectional and prospective deductive method. The population will be made up of 238 nursing professionals from the Nursing Department of the “San Bartolomé” Mother-Child National Teaching Hospital, from which a sample of 147 nursing professionals was obtained, distributed by proportional assignment into strata according to Service and Working Condition. The data collection technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire, containing closed and open questions. Content validity will be evaluated by expert judgments. Univariate statistical analysis will be applied to find percentages in qualitative variables and measures of central tendency for quantitative variables. For bivariate analysis, the chi square test will be applied to measure the association between qualitative variables, to determine the mean between the categories of a qualitative variable. and a quantitative variable, the independent t test and one-way analysis of variance will be applied, with statistical significance p<0.05.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la enfermedad ocupacional del profesional de enfermería y el tiempo de servicios en el Hospital Nacional Docente Madre – Niño San Bartolomé – 2021. Material y método: Enfoque cuantitativo, método deductivo de corte trasversal y prospectivo. La población estará conformada por 238 profesionales de enfermería del Dpto. de Enfermería del Hospital Nacional Docente Madre-Niño “San Bartolomé”, de donde se obtuvo una muestra de 147 profesionales de enfermería distribuidos por afijación proporcional en estratos según Servicio y Condición Laboral. La Técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario, conteniendo preguntas cerradas y abiertas. La validez de contenido será evaluada por juicios de expertos. Se aplicará análisis estadístico univariado para hallar porcentajes en variables cualitativas y medidas de tendencia central para variables cuantitativas, para el análisis bivariado se aplicará la prueba chi cuadrado para medir la asociación entre las variables cualitativas, para determinar la media entre las categorías de una variable cualitativa y una variable cuantitativa se aplicará la prueba t independiente y el análisis de varianza de una vía, con significancia estadística p<0,05.
