Work stress and anxiety in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins hospital - Lima, 2021

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the relationship between stress and anxiety in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Edgar Rebagliati Martins Hospital - Lima, 2021 Methodology: This research has a quantitative, descriptive-correlational approach, the number of nursing professionals as a sample is 52 who work in the emergency service. Data collection technique and instruments: The survey technique will be used. The instruments to be used are the Burnout Maslash job stress questionnaire (MBI) and the Zung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale. Procedures: The collection of information will be carried out in the emergency service of said hospital, complying with all biosafety regulations, then they will be entered into SPSS Statistics v.25 to be processed. Statistical analysis: descriptive analysis will be determined by the absolute and relative frequency (percentages and proportions) for the categorical variables; and to determine the association between variables (stress and anxiety) the Pearson statistical test will be used, and the results will be presented in simple and contingency tables.

"Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre estrés y ansiedad en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Edgar Rebagliati Martins – Lima, 2021 Metodología: la presente investigación es de investigación es de enfoque cuantitativa, descriptivo-correlacional, el número de Enfermería como muestra es de 52 que laboran en el servicio de emergencia. Técnica e instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta. Los instrumentos a utilizar son el cuestionario de estrés laboral (MBI) de Burnount Maslash y la Escala de autoevaluación de la ansiedad de Zung. Procedimientos: la recolección de información se realizará en el servicio de emergencia de dicho hospital, cumpliendo con todas las normas de bioseguridad, luego serán ingresado al al SPSS Statistics v.25 para ser procesados. Análisis estadísitico: análisis descriptivo se determinará medinate la frecuencia absoluta y relativa (porcentajes y porporciones) para las variables categóricas; y para determinar la asociacion entre varibles (estrés y ansiedad) se utilizará la prubea estadistica de Pearson, y los resultados se presentarán en tablas simples y de contingencia."
