Knowledge about the neonatal percutaneous catheter and nursing care in the neonatal intensive care unit, of the Lima Norte Callao II Luis Negreiros Vega hospital in the year 2022

Abstract

Neonatal intensive care units have been gaining relevance in the health system specifically to address neonatal health, due to the increase in births with high-risk products. Objective To determine the level of knowledge about neonatal percutaneous catheter and its association with nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a Lima Norte Callao II Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital in 2022. Materials and methods: a quantitative correlational study. The population will be finite and will consist of 60 nurses who work in the NICU area of ​​the hospital under study. The technique to be used will be the survey and observation and 2 validated instruments will be applied to collect the information that will respond to the hypotheses raised, quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems raised. Throughout the investigation, a research conduct will be maintained in accordance with ethical principles.

Las unidades de cuidados intensivos neonatales han venido adquiriendo una relevancia en el sistema de salud específicamente para atender la salud neonatal, debido al incremento de la natalidad con productos de alto riesgo. Objetivo Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre catéter percutáneo neonatal y su asociación con el cuidado de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales de un Hospital Lima Norte Callao II Luis Negreiros Vega del año 2022. Materiales y métodos: un estudio cuantitativo correlacional. La población será finita y estará constituida por 60 enfermeros que trabajan el área de UCIN del hospital objeto de estudio. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y la observación y se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados para recolectar la información que dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se harán mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados.
