Knowledge about the use of sedoanalgesia and nursing practice in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in a national hospital in Lima, 2024

Abstract

Introduction: The nursing professional plays an important role in the provision of patient centered services, care is the essence of the profession, it is defined as, actions that require personal and professional value and are based on the therapeutic relationship nurse – patient, care, protection and recovery of life. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge on the use of sedoanalgesia and nursing practice in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in a national hospital in Lima, 2024. Methodology: This research was conducted according to the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, cross-sectional, non-experimental, correlational, it was possible to obtain the expected results according to its objectives, the population is made up of 74 nurses. To measure the two variables, the technique to be used is the survey and the check. A list of questionnaires will be used. Whose reliability the sample was applied to the pilot test to measure the reliability of the instrument, the KR-20 was calculated as a statistical test, obtaining a result of 0.81 which shows the instrument to be statistically reliable indicating the validity of the instrument for variable 1, through the formula of Aiken's V, the instrument obtained 0.83, which shows an excellent reliability; therefore, this guaranteed the reliability of the instrument.

El profesional de enfermería desempeña un papel importante en la prestación de servicios centrados en el paciente, el cuidado es la esencia de la profesión, se define como, acción que requieren valor personal y profesional y se basan en la relación terapéutica enfermera – paciente, el cuidado, protección y recuperación de la vida este trabajo de investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre el conocimiento sobre el uso de sedoanalgesia y la práctica del enfermero en pacientes con ventilación mecánica invasiva de un hospital nacional de Lima, 2024. Metodología: Esta investigación se realizó de acuerdo al método hipotético - deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, corte transversal, no experimental, correlacional, se logró obtener los resultados esperado de acuerdo a sus objetivos, la población está conformada por 74 enfermeros. Para medir las dos variables la técnica a utilizarse es la encuesta y el chequeo. Donde se usará una lista de cuestionario. Cuya confiabilidad se aplicó la muestra a la prueba piloto para medir a la fiabilidad del instrumento, se calculó el KR-20 como prueba estadística, obteniendo un resultado 0.81 lo cual demuestra el instrumente el confiable estadísticamente indicando la validez del instrumento para la variable 1, mediante la fórmula del V de Aiken, el instrumento obtuvo 0.83, donde nos muestra una excelente confiabilidad; por lo tanto, eso nos garantizó la fiabilidad de dicho instrumento.
