Occupational health and work performance of the surgical team in operating rooms of a hospital in Lima, 2023

Abstract

The objective of this study is: To determine the relationship between occupational health and the work performance of the surgical team in operating rooms in a hospital in Lima 2023 Methodology: Quantitative research and a hypothetical-deductive, cross-sectional, correlational, applied and non-experimental method. Population: 65 professionals from the surgical team will be taken into account. The survey will be the technique and 2 questionnaires will be the instruments of the study. Validated by expert judgment with high reliability. The data will be tabulated to produce the necessary statistics and, if necessary, interpreted using tables and graphs. Finally, the degree of relationship between both variables will be evaluated using Spearman's coefficient, which will respond to the proposed objective.

El presente estudio tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la salud ocupacional y el desempeño laboral del equipo quirúrgico en salas de operaciones, en un Hospital de Lima 2023. Metodología: La investigación cuantitativa y un método hipotético deductivo, transversal, correlacional, aplicada y no experimental. Población: Se tomará en cuenta a 65 profesionales del equipo quirúrgico. La encuesta será la técnica y 2 cuestionarios serán los instrumentos del estudio. Validados por el juicio de expertos con alta confiabilidad. Se tabularán los datos para elaborar las estadísticas necesarias y, en caso necesario, se interpretarán mediante tablas y gráficos. Finalmente, se evaluará el grado de relación entre ambas variables mediante el coeficiente de Spearman, que dará respuesta al objetivo planteado.
