Occupational risk and performance level of nursing staff in the emergency area of ​​a Hospital in Lima - 2022

Abstract

In this research, the objective will be to determine the relationship between occupational risk and the performance level of nursing staff in the emergency area of ​​a hospital in Lima in 2022. The study has the hypothetical deductive method, applied quantitative approach, design non-experimental cross-sectional correlational level. The population is made up of 80 nursing professionals and the sample is 66 nurses who will be surveyed and belong to the emergency area of ​​the Lima Hospital. The instruments used in the study are: the occupational risk questionnaire of the researcher Oscátegui, R. (2020), which has a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.941, and the personal performance questionnaire of the researcher Argomedo, J. (2020), whose Alpha reliability Cronbach's test was 0.929. The data collected will be processed using Spearman's Rho statistic, presenting the descriptive results of the variables in the tables and figures.

En la presente investigación el objetivo será determinar la relación entre el riesgo laboral y el nivel desempeño del personal de enfermería en el área de emergencia de un hospital de Lima en 2022. El estudio tiene el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional de corte transversal. La población lo conforman 80 profesionales de enfermería y la muestra 66 enfermeros que serán encuestados y pertenecen al área de emergencia del Hospital de Lima. Los instrumentos utilizados en el estudio son: cuestionario de riesgo laboral del investigador Oscátegui, R. (2020) que tiene confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.941 y el cuestionario de desempeño personal del investigador Argomedo, J. (2020), cuya confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach fue de 0.929. Los datos recolectados se procesarán mediante el estadístico Rho de Spearman presentados en las tablas y figuras los resultados descriptivos de las variables.
