Level of knowledge and practice of the measures of biosafety of the nursing staff of the emergency area of ​​the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren hospital - 2021

Abstract

Biosafety measures are the sum of minimum behaviors adopted to reduce the risk to health, in addition to compliance with certain rules that will guarantee their effectiveness, currently there are professionals who do not comply with the appropriate practices of these standards, due to this situation, the following research is proposed, which aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and practice of biosafety measures of the nurse in the emergency service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital in 2021. The work has a quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational approach, with a correlational research design. Regarding population and sample, 60 nurses from the emergency service of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital were considered, taking into account that the population is small. The technique that will be used to measure the variable level of knowledge will be the survey and to measure the practices the checklist will be used, the same ones that were validated by experts, the reliability of the instruments was carried out with the Kunder - Richardson of 0.8371, checking its reliability for the measurement of the variables., complying with the ethical aspects. "Las medidas de bioseguridad es la suma de conductas mínimas adoptadas para disminuir el riesgo a la salud, sumado a ello el cumplimiento de ciertas reglas que garantizaran comprobar la efectividad de los mismos, actualmente hay profesionales que no cumplen con las prácticas adecuadas de estas normas, debido a esta situación se plantea la siguiente investigación que tiene como objetivo de determinar cuál es la relación entre el conocimiento y la práctica de las medidas de bioseguridad de la enfermera(o) en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren en el año 2021 El trabajo tiene enfoque cuantitativo, prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo y observacional, con diseño de investigación correlacional. En cuanto a población y muestra se consideró a 60 enfermeras(os) del servicio de emergencias del hospital Alberto Sabogal Sologuren, teniendo en cuenta que la población es pequeña. la técnica que se usara para la medición de la variable nivel de conocimientos será la encuesta y para la medición de las prácticas se usara la lista de chequeo, los mismos que fueron validados por expertos, la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se realizó con el Kunder – Richardson de 0.8371, comprobando su confiabilidad del mismo para la medición de las variables., cumpliendo con los aspectos éticos.
