Humanized care and satisfaction of the mother of neonates hospitalized in the neonatology service Hospital Villa El Salvador, Lima 2022

Abstract

Humanized care is the pillar of nursing applied in several services, being the area of neonatology the ideal where patients who need the maximum comprehensive care with the humanism that a newborn requires, being a delicate and risky being, in the same way these actions are observed by their parents, where he constantly evaluates the actions of the nurse in the care of his children, of which he will be satisfied or not with these actions. In the study, the objective is to define the relationship that exists between the study variables, humanized care and satisfaction in this case of the mother of neonates, who were treated at the Neonatology service Hospital Villa El Salvador, Lima 2022. To do this, we will proceed with a descriptive method and the use of quantitative measurement, in addition to applying an instrument for each variable, validated and reliable; this in a population of 200 mothers and according to the equation of finite populations a sample of 132 mothers, for the analysis of the data will proceed with both descriptive and inferential statistics, with tests such as Cronbach's alpha, Spearman's rho the tabulation of the data among others, in order to provide both conclusions and recommendations that contribute in the reduction of the observed problem.

El cuidado humanizado es el pilar de la enfermería aplicado en varios servicios, siendo el área de neonatología la ideal donde se trata con pacientes que necesitan del máximo cuidado integral con el humanismo que un neonato requiere, al ser un ser delicado y de riesgo, de igual manera estas acciones son observadas por sus padres, donde evalúa constantemente el accionar de la enfermera en el cuidado de sus hijos, de lo cual quedara satisfecho o no con dichas acciones. En el estudio el objetivo se centra en definir la relación que existe entre las variables de estudio el cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción en este caso de la madre de neonatos, que se atendieron en el servicio de Neonatología Hospital Villa El Salvador–Lima 2022. Para ello se procederá con un método descriptivo y el uso de la medición cuantitativa, además de aplicar un instrumento para cada variable, validados y confiables; ello en una población de 200 madres y según la ecuación de poblaciones finitas una muestra de 132 madres, para el análisis de los datos se procederá con una estadísticas tanto descriptiva como inferencial, con pruebas como el alfa de Cronbach, el rho de Spearman la tabulación de los datos entre otros, con el fin de brindar tanto conclusiones como recomendaciones que aporte en la reducción de la problemática observada.
