| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job performance in the nursing staff of the Huacho Regional Hospital in times of COVID-19. The research method is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type and non-experimental design, given that the variables will not be manipulated, and the natural environment in which the nursing staff operate will be maintained, the population will be a total of 132 nurses, for which the following instruments will be applied: For the Psychosocial Risk variable, we will use the adapted Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ) (ISTAS21-CoPsoQ): which is divided into 6 dimensions (38 items); psychological demands, insecurity, control over work, social support and quality of leadership, esteem, and double presence. In relation to the job performance variable, we will use the MINSA Professional (job) Performance Observation Guide, which consists of 8 dimensions; planning, responsibility, initiative, opportunity, quality of work, reliability and discretion, interpersonal relationships and compliance with standards. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre los factores de riesgo psicosocial y el desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Regional de Huacho en tiempos de COVID-19. El método de investigación es hipotético – deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado y diseño no experimental, esto dado que no se manipularan las variables, y se mantendrá el entorno natural en el que se desenvuelven el personal de enfermería, la población será un total de 132 enfermeros, por lo cual se aplicaran los siguientes instrumentos: Para la variable Riesgo Psicosocial utilizaremos Cuestionario Psicosocial de Copenhague (CoPsoQ) adaptado (ISTAS21-CoPsoQ): el cual está dividido en 6 dimensiones (38 ítems); exigencias psicológicas, inseguridad, control sobre el trabajo, apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo, estima, y doble presencia. Con relación a la variable desempeño laboral utilizaremos la guía de Observación Desempeño Profesional (laboral) del MINSA, el cual consta de 8 dimensiones; planificación, responsabilidad, iniciativa, oportunidad, calidad del trabajo, confiabilidad y discreción, relaciones interpersonales y cumplimiento de las normas. | es_ES |
