Sanitary crisis and the fundamental right to good public administration: case of legal registries in Peru.

Abstract

The present research work aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the care provided by health personnel in the Emergency Department of the San Gabriel Clinic. Methodology; the study has a quantitative approach, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, the population is made up of 500 participants, so 100% of the population was worked with. The technique used is the survey (SERVQUAL SCALE) that was developed by Vela Rengifo, this instrument comprises 22 items and is divided into 5 dimensions, said instrument is validated by expert judgment. The reliability of the instrument was estimated by a pilot test of 217 patients whose reliability is 0.92%.

En el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo; determinar el nivel de satisfacción del paciente sobre el cuidado que brinda el personal de salud en Emergencia de la Clínica San Gabriel. Metodología; estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo, no experimental, transversal, la población está conformada por 500 participantes, por lo que se trabajó con el 100% de la población. la técnica se utilizo es la encuesta la (ESCALA de SERVQUAL) que fue desarrollado por Vela Rengifo, este instrumento comprende 22 ítems y está dividido en 5 dimensiones, dicho instrumento esta validado por un juicio de expertos. la confiabilidad del instrumento fue estimada por una prueba piloto de 217 pacientes cuya confiabilidad es de 0.92%.
