Psychosocial factors and burnout of the nursing professional in the surgical center of a Hospital in Lima during the pandemic - 2022

Abstract

The psychosocial factors and Burnout of the nursing professional in the surgical center of a hospital in Lima during the pandemic-2022, aims to determine the relationship that exists between psychosocial factors and the Burnout of the nursing professional in the surgical center of a hospital in Lima. Lima during the pandemic-2022. It will be appropriate to use the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach. This study is a cross-sectional correlational quantitative non-experimental research. The population will correspond to 75 professionals who work in the Surgical Center, to whom two validated instruments will be applied: The Maslach Exhaustion Inventory (MBI) by Maslach and Jackson, and the psychosocial factors questionnaire. The information obtained will be processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 software. Once this process has been carried out, the data obtained will be processed for analysis using Statistical Analysis Software Version 25. The data will be analyzed using Spearman's correlation coefficient. The conclusions will contribute to the improvement of human resources management of the health institution.

Los factores psicosociales y el Burnout del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de un hospital de Lima durante la pandemia-2022, tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores psicosociales y el Burnout del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de un hospital de Lima durante la pandemia-2022. Corresponderá emplear el método hipotético-deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo. Este estudio es una investigación no experimental cuantitativa transversal correlacional. La población corresponderá a 75 profesionales que laboran en Centro quirúrgico, a quienes se les aplicará dos instrumentos validados: El Inventario de Agotamiento de Maslach (MBI) de Maslach y Jackson, y el cuestionario de factores psicosociales. La información obtenida será procesada mediante el uso del software Microsoft Excel 2013. Una vez efectuado dicho proceso, la data obtenida será procesada para su análisis haciendo uso del Software de Análisis Estadístico Version 25. Se analizarán los datos usando el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Las conclusiones contribuirán en la mejora de la gestión de recursos humanos de la institución de salud.
