Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of patients in the emergency service at the Villa El Salvador Public Hospital, 2021

Abstract

The general objective of this research work will be to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of patients who attend the emergency service of the Public Hospital of Villa el Salvador, 2021. It will have a hypothetical-deductive methodology with a quantitative approach, descriptive type, with a population of 210 patients, it will be carried out between January and July 2022, the sample will be 60 patients, a survey consisting of 30 questions will be used to determine the nurse's care and for satisfaction from the patient another survey made up of 25 questions, both instruments were validated by the judgment of 5 experts and obtained a reliability of 0.91 and 0.85 respectively, the statistical test that will be used is Spearman's or Pearson's Rho, the results are expected to determine the behavior of the study variables, which will serve to establish if there is a relationship.

El presente trabajo de investigación tendrá como objetivo general determinar la relación de la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción de los pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia del Hospital Público de Villa el Salvador, 2021. Tendrá una metodología hipotético-deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, con una población de 210 pacientes, se realizará entre enero y julio del 2022, la muestra será de 60 pacientes, se utilizará para determinar el cuidado del enfermero una encuesta que consta de 30 preguntas y para la satisfacción del paciente otra encuesta conformada por 25 preguntas, ambos instrumentos fueron validados por el juicio de 5 expertos y obtuvieron una confiabilidad de 0.91 y 0.85 respectivamente, la prueba estadística que será utilizada es Rho de Spearman o Pearson se espera como resultados determinar el comportamiento de las variables de estudio, que servirá para establecer si existe relación.
