Level of stress and job satisfaction of nurses at the National Mental Health Institute, 2023

Abstract

This research aims to: Object: Determine how the level of stress is related to the job satisfaction of nurses at the National Institute of Mental Health, 2023. The methodology: The research method was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, design not experimental, cross-sectional and correlational level; Likewise, the population made up of 90 nurses; having surveys as techniques and two questionnaires on stress level (α=0.877) and job satisfaction (α=0.740) as instruments. Once the study project is approved by the university, a cover letter will be sent to you to authorize permission to carry out field work or surveys; After the data collection is completed, the data will be processed using the statistical software Microsoft Excel 2021 and the SPSS Statistical Program version 26.0; Next, frequencies and averages will be analyzed and reported in tables and/or descriptive and inferential figures; and to calculate the contrast of the hypothesis, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rh0) will be applied to determine the relationship between the variables.

Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar cómo el nivel de estrés se relaciona con la satisfacción laboral del enfermero del Instituto Nacional de Salud Mental, 2023. Metodología: El método de la investigación fue hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y nivel correlacional; asimismo, la población compuesta por 90 enfermeros; teniendo como técnicas las encuestas y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios del nivel de estrés (α=0.877) y satisfacción laboral (α=0.740). Una vez aprobado el proyecto de estudio por la universidad se le remitirá una carta de presentación para que autorice el permiso para realizar el trabajo de campo o las encuestas; luego de culminada la recolección de datos se procederá al procesamiento de datos mediante el software estadístico Microsoft Excel 2021 y el Programa Estadístico SPSS versión 26.0; seguidamente, se analizaran frecuencias y promedios que serán reportados en tablas y/o figuras descriptivas e inferenciales; y para calcular la contrastación de la hipótesis se aplicará la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rh0) para determinar la relación entre las variables.
