Level of knowledge about the preoperative process and its relationship with patient anxiety in the general surgery area, at a MINSA hospital, 2021

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge versus the level of anxiety in the user during the Pre-Operative process, in a MINSA Hospital, 2021. Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical deductive method, has a quantitative approach, with a Descriptive design of transversal and non-experimental, correlational type. The population that constitutes it is 80 patients from the General Surgery area belonging to a MINSA Hospital. The survey technique was used and the instrument is a questionnaire on the level of knowledge about surgical treatment information by the author Moerman and et al. (1996) of the APAIS modified by Huanca; It was carried out through the Cron Bach alpha coefficient where a reliability value of 0.904 was obtained and the Spielberger anxiety assessment scale (IDARE) modified by Quijano, was carried out through the Cron Bach Alpha coefficient (α). =0.88. The data processing will be carried out using the statistical package (SPSS) version 22.0, Excel for Windows 2013 was also used, the data was emptied according to a matrix structured as contingency tables and figures according to the variables and their dimensions.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento frente al nivel de ansiedad en el usuario durante el proceso Pre Operatorio, en un Hospital del MINSA, 2021. Material y método: La investigación responde al método hipotético deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño Descriptivo de tipo transversal y no experimental, correlacional. La población que lo constituye son 80 pacientes del área de Cirugía General pertenecientes a un Hospital del MINSA. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta y el instrumento es un cuestionario sobre el nivel de conocimiento sobre información del tratamiento quirúrgico del autor Moerman y et al. (1996) del APAIS modificado por Huanca; se realizó través del coeficiente alfa de Cron Bach donde se obtuvo una confiabilidad de un valor de 0,904 y la escala de valoración de la ansiedad de spielberger (IDARE) modificado por Quijano, se realizó a través del Coeficiente de Alfa de Cron Bach (α)=0.88. El procesamiento de datos se realizará haciendo uso del paquete estadístico (SPSS) versión 22.0, asimismo se hizo uso del Excel para Windows 2013, el vaciado de datos de acuerdo a una matriz estructurada como tablas de contingencia y figuras de acuerdo a las variable y sus dimensiones.
