Mothers' level of satisfaction with the quality of nursing care in the growth and development control of their children aged 6 - 24 months at the Villa Los Angeles health post. Rímac-2017

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of mothers regarding the quality of nursing care in the Growth and Development Control office and the nutritional status of their children aged 6 – 24 months who attend the Villa Los Health Post. Angels. It is a quantitative approach, descriptive and transversal, the population was made up of 80 mothers who attended the Growth and Development clinic of the health establishment. To measure the Level of Satisfaction of mothers regarding the quality of nursing care, the Likert scale was used and anthropometric indices were used to evaluate nutritional status. The following results were obtained: 51.2% (41) of mothers have a medium level of satisfaction. 46.3% (37) high satisfaction and 2.5% (2) low satisfaction. Reaching the following conclusion: the majority of mothers who attend the Growth and Development clinic have a medium level of satisfaction with the quality of nursing care.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres sobre la calidad de atención de enfermería en el consultorio de Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo y el estado nutricional de sus niños de 6 – 24 meses que acuden al Puesto de Salud Villa Los Ángeles. Es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 80 madres que acudieron al consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo del establecimiento de salud. Para medir el Nivel de Satisfacción de las madres sobre la calidad de atención de enfermería se empleó la escala de Likert y para evaluar el estado nutricional los índices antropométricos. Se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: el 51,2% (41) de madres tienen un nivel de satisfacción medio. El 46,3%(37) satisfacción alta y el 2.5% (2) satisfacción baja. Llegando a la siguiente conclusión: la mayoría de madres que acuden al consultorio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo tienen un nivel de satisfacción medio sobre la calidad de atención de enfermería.
