Anxiety level of pregnant patients undergoing cesarean section at EsSalud II Hospital Ramon Castilla Cercado de Lima 2020

Abstract

Introduction: In South America it was estimated that 7.7% of women suffer from anxiety and 3.6% of men. The country that suffers the most from anxiety is Brazil, since it has 3.3% of its population, followed by Paraguay with 7.6%, Chile with 6.5%, Uruguay with 6.4%, Argentina with a 6.3%, Cuba with 6.1%, Colombia with 5.8%, Peru and the Dominican Republic with 5.7%, Ecuador with 5.6%, Bolivia with 5.4%, Costa Rica with a 4.6% and finally Mexico with 3.6%. According to the Ministry of Health, the population demanded high attention in health services at the level of anxiety, which is why it is observed that depression increased in the years 2000-2005, being a problem in anxiety and depression care. . The gestational risk increases the level of anxiety, the preparation and the process of this help to face the fear of cesarean surgery. The data collection instrument was the Zung Scale questionnaire by Silvia Grundi Taminche, which includes 20 items grouped into 4 dimensions. The Microsoft Excel program will also be used to validate the instrument.

Introducción: En América del Sur se estimó que un 7,7% de mujeres sufren de ansiedad y un 3,6% en varones. El país que más padecen de ansiedad es Brasil, ya que presenta un 3,3% en su población, continuando Paraguay con un 7,6%, Chile con un 6,5%, Uruguay con un 6,4%, Argentina con un 6,3%, Cuba con un 6,1%, Colombia con un 5,8%, Perú y República Dominicana con un 5,7%, Ecuador con un 5,6%, Bolivia con un 5,4%, Costa Rica con un 4,6% y finalmente México con un 3,6%. Según el Ministerio de Salud, la población demandó una elevada atención en los servicios de salud en el nivel de ansiedad, motivo por el cual se observa que la depresión aumento en los años 2000-2005, siendo un problema en las atenciones de ansiedad y depresión. El riesgo gestacional aumenta el nivel de ansiedad, la preparación y el proceso de esta, ayudan a afrontar el miedo a la cirugía por cesárea. El instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizo el cuestionario Escala de Zung de Silvia Grundi Taminche que comprende 20 ítems agrupados en 4 dimensiones. También se utilizará el programa Microsoft Excel para la validación del instrumento
