| dc.description.abstract | Methods: The study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population will be made up of 45 nursing professionals from a Hospital in North Lima. The instruments will be administered in person, after obtaining informed consent. A descriptive and correlational statistical analysis will be performed. The instrument to measure the organizational climate, whose authors were Koys D. and DeCottis A., consists of 40 items and 8 dimensions. The questionnaire to evaluate job satisfaction was developed by Meliá J. and Peiró J., and consists of 30 items and 5 dimensions. The validation process of both questionnaires was carried out by the judgment of 3 experts, who suggested some changes in the items for their application in the national context, with a very high final rating. The reliability of the organizational climate instrument was Cronbach's alpha of 0.969 and for the job satisfaction questionnaire 0.903. | en_US |

Los instrumentos serán administrados de manera presencial, previa administración del consentimiento informado. Se realizará un análisis estadístico descriptivo y correlacional. El instrumento para medir el clima organizacional cuyos autores fueron Koys D., y DeCottis A. Consta de 40 ítems y 8 dimensiones. El cuestionario para evaluar la satisfacción laboral fue elaborado por Meliá J. y Peiró J., consta de 30 ítems y 5 dimensiones. El proceso de validación de ambos cuestionarios mediante juicio de 3 expertos, los cuales sugirieron algunos cambios en los ítems para su aplicación en el contexto nacional, siendo su valoración final muy alto. la confiabilidad del instrumento clima organizacional fue alpha de Crombach de 0,969 y para el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral 0,903. | es_ES |
