Liderazgo femenino y aprendizaje emprendedor en las estudiantes de la Maestría en Docencia Universitaria del ciclo I de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019 – Lima

Abstract

El estudio sobre liderazgo femenino y aprendizaje emprendedor en las estudiantes de la maestría en docencia universitaria del ciclo I de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019 – Lima, estuvo orientada a determinar la relación entre el liderazgo femenino y aprendizaje emprendedor. La investigación realizada fue de tipo aplicada, porque estuvo íntimamente ligada a la investigación básica; de nivel descriptivo, porque se utilizó un método científico que implicó realizar un proceso de observación y descripción del comportamiento de un grupo de personas sin influir en ellas; y, de diseño no experimental correlacional, porque no se manipularon las variables del estudio y se buscó determinar el grado o no de relación entre las variables del estudio. El tipo de muestreo fue, no probabilístico por conveniencia. Para medir el liderazgo femenino y el aprendizaje emprendedor, se encuestó a 55 estudiantes del género femenino pertenecientes a la maestría en docencia universitaria del primer ciclo de la mencionada casa de estudios, mediante dos instrumentos de evaluación comprendidos por 20 preguntas cada una. Los datos obtenidos fueron digitados y ordenados en el programa excel 2016, y posteriormente, ingresados al programa estadístico SPSS versión 24 para su respectivo análisis. Los resultados estadísticos de relación, indicaron que, el liderazgo femenino no tiene relación positiva con el aprendizaje emprendedor, con un p - valor > 0.05. Tampoco existe relación entre sus dimensiones; empoderamiento, capacidad de negociación y manejo de conflictos, motivación y trabajo en equipo. La investigación, concluye, manifestando que, no existe relación positiva entre el liderazgo femenino y el aprendizaje emprendedor en las estudiantes de la maestría en docencia universitaria del ciclo I de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019 – Lima.

The study on female leadership and entrepreneurial learning in students of the master's degree in university teaching of cycle I of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019 - Lima, was oriented to determine the relationship between female leadership and entrepreneurial learning. The research conducted was applied, because it was closely linked to basic research; descriptive level, because a scientific method was used that involved performing a process of observation and description of the behavior of a group of people without influencing them; and, of a non-experimental correlational design, because the study variables were not manipulated and it was sought to determine the degree or not of relationship between the study variables. The type of sampling was, not probabilistic for convenience. To measure female leadership and entrepreneurial learning, 55 female students belonging to the master's degree in university teaching of the first cycle of the aforementioned house of study were surveyed, using two assessment instruments comprised of 20 questions each. The data obtained were typed and sorted in the excel 2016 program, and subsequently, entered into the SPSS version 24 statistical program for their respective analysis. Statistical relationship results indicated that female leadership has no positive relationship with entrepreneurial learning, with a p - value> 0.05. Nor is there a relationship between its dimensions; empowerment, negotiation capacity and conflict management, motivation and teamwork. The research concludes, stating that there is no positive relationship between female leadership and entrepreneurial learning in students of the master's degree in university teaching of cycle I of the Norbert Wiener Private University, 2019 - Lima.
