Knowledge and nursing practices in the management of polytraumatized patients, emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2022.

Abstract

Objective: To determine the practical nursing knowledge in the management of polytraumatized patients, emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2022. Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical deductive method, has a quantitative approach, of an applied type with an observational design and a cross-sectional correnational level, the population is made up of a total of 80 nursing professionals who work in the emergency area of a hospital in Lima, the sample was the 80 nurses, the survey technique was used and the instrument is a questionnaire as well as an observation guide, which were made valid through expert judgment, where a reliability of 0.70 was found through the KR20 for the first instrument and a CRONBACH Alpha of 0.80 for the second. After data collection, it will be transferred to the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 27.0, as well as a structured matrix will be prepared as a database in relation to the measurement instrument.

Objetivo: Determinar el conocimiento practica de enfermería en el manejo del paciente politraumatizado, servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2022. Material y método: la investigación responde al método hipotético deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada con diseño observacional y nivel correnacional de corte transversal, la población lo constituye un total de 80 Enfermería que laboran en el ámbito de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, la muestra fueron los 80 enfermeros, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento es un cuestionario así como también una guía de observación, los cuales se hicieron su validez a través de juicio de expertos, donde se encontró una confiabilidad de 0,70 a través del KR20 para el primer instrumento y un Alfa de CRONBACH de 0,80 para el segundo. Luego de la recogida de datos se trasladara al paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS) versión 27.0, así como también se elaborar una matriz estructurada como base de datos en relación al instrumento de medición.
