Abstract

The present research work addresses the perception of the family member about the humanized care provided by the nursing professional in the emergency service of the San Isidro Labrador Hospital, 2021. In the context of the health area, it is important to understand patients, reflecting on the nurse-patient relationship, as a basic characteristic of the nature of humanized care, always respecting professional ethics and ethical principles in patient care. The objective of the study is to determine the perception of the family member about the humanized care of the nursing professional in the emergency service of the San Isidro Labrador Hospital, 2021. The research method was Hypothetical - deductive, its Research Approach is quantitative, the Type of research due to its structure is purely applied, likewise the Research Design is cross-sectional, the population was worked with a sample of 323 relatives of patients who come to the emergency service, "Perception of humanized nursing care behavior PCHE" was used as an instrument, this project was carried out between the months of June and July of this year.

El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la percepción del familiar sobre el cuidado humanizado que brinda el Enfermería en el servicio de emergencia del hospital san isidro labrador, 2021 en el contexto del área salud, es importante comprender a los pacientes, reflexionando sobre la relación enfermera - paciente, como una característica básica de la naturaleza de cuidado humanizado, respetando siempre la ética profesional y los principios éticos en la atención al paciente. El objetivo del estudio es Determinar la percepción del familiar sobre el cuidado humanizado del Enfermería en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital San Isidro Labrador, 2021 El método de investigación fue Hipotético – deductivo, su Enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, el Tipo de investigación por su estructura es netamente aplicada, asimismo el Diseño de la investigación Es de corte transversal, la población se trabajó con una muestra de 323 familiares de pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia, se utilizó como instrumento “Percepción del comportamiento de cuidado humanizado de enfermería PCHE” , este proyecto se realizó entre los meses de junio y julio del presente año.
