Immediate nursing interventions for burned children in the pediatric emergency service of a MINSA National Hospital - 2020.

Abstract

Objectives: Determine immediate nursing interventions for burned children in the Pediatric Emergency Service of a National Hospital of the MINSA. Material and Methods: Quantitative approach, due to its statistically numerical measurement, the design will not be experimental, the method will be descriptive and cross-sectional. Sample population and sampling: It will consist of 60 nursing professionals who are working in the Pediatric Emergency service, of both sexes, appointed and hired, with or without a specialty in emergencies, and who agree to participate voluntarily. The study sample will be Likewise, it is not considered necessary to use the statistical formula, the sampling of the study will be Non-Probabilistic for Convenience; All participants in this study will have the same opportunity to be chosen. The technique is a Survey and the instrument to be used is a Questionnaire about immediate nursing interventions for burned children in the Pediatric Emergency Service of a National Hospital of the MINSA; It consists of 31 items, risk of infection (06 items), fluid balance (04), respiratory pattern (05), physical mobility (04), tissue integrity (04), pain control (04) and anxiety (04). It will be classified statistically: with YES or NO, into three levels: Bad (00-10), Regular (11-21) and Good (22-31)

Objetivos: Determinar las intervenciones de enfermería inmediatas a niños quemados en el Servicio de Emergencia Pediátrica de un Hospital Nacional del MINSA. Material y Métodos: Enfoque cuantitativo, por su medición numérica estadísticamente, el diseño no será experimental, el método será descriptivo y de corte transversal. Población muestra y muestreo: Estará constituida por 60 profesionales de enfermería que están laborando en el servicio de Emergencia Pediátrica, de ambos sexos, nombrados y contratados, con especialidad o sin especialidad en emergencias, y que acepten participar voluntariamente, la muestra del estudio será la misma, no se considera necesario utilizar la fórmula estadística, el muestreo del estudio será el No Probabilístico por Conveniencia; todos los participantes del presente estudio tendrán la misma oportunidad de ser escogidos. La técnica una Encuesta y el instrumento a utilizar un Cuestionario acerca de las intervenciones de enfermería inmediatas a los niños quemados en el Servicio de Emergencia Pediátrica de un Hospital Nacional del MINSA; consta de 31 ítems, riesgo de infección (06 ítems), equilibrio de líquidos (04), patrón respiratorio (05), movilidad física (04), integridad tisular (04), control del dolor (04) y ansiedad (04). Clasificara estadísticamente: con SI o NO, en tres niveles: Malas (00-10), Regulares (11-21) y Buenas (22-31)
