Nursing care and satisfaction in patients with hyperglycemia who attend the emergency service of the Sergio E. Bernales hospital 2022

Abstract

Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between nursing care and satisfaction in patients with hyperglycemia who attend the emergency service of the Sergio Bernales 2022 Hospital. A scientific method will be used, which will be used in our research study and will be hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative research approach. The type of research that will be carried out is applied in a prospective correlational and cross-sectional manner, the design is non-experimental because the deliberate manipulation of variables will not be carried out, the population will consist of 100 patients with hyperglycemia who attend the Hospital emergency service. Sergio Bernales 2022, during the period of the first quarter of this year. Instruments: for the evaluation of the “nursing care” variable, a survey designed by Rivas will be used. E in the year 2019 with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.809 and for the second variable “patient satisfaction” a survey designed by Zúñiga will be used. R in 2017 with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.753. Data processing and analysis: We will use descriptive statistics to prepare frequency tables and graphs, on the other hand, we will apply inferential statistics using Spearman's Rho statistical test that will allow us to verify the hypotheses that we have proposed.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción en pacientes con hiperglucemia que acuden al servicio de emergencia del Hospital Sergio Bernales 2022. Se utilizará un método científico el cual se empleará en nuestro estudio de investigación será hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo. El tipo de investigación que se realizara es aplicado de manera prospectivo correlacional y de corte transversal, el diseño es no experimental porque no se realizará la manipulación deliberada de variables, la población estará constituida por 100 pacientes con hiperglucemia que acuden al servicio de emergencia del Hospital Sergio Bernales 2022, durante el periodo del primer trimestre del presente año. Instrumentos: para la evaluación de la variable “cuidados de enfermería” se utilizará una encuesta diseñada por Rivas. E en el año 2019 con una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach 0.809 y para la segunda variable “satisfacción del paciente” se utilizará una encuesta diseñada por Zúñiga. R en el año 2017 con una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach 0.753. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Usaremos la estadística descriptiva para elaborar de las tablas de frecuencia y gráficos, por otro lado, aplicaremos la estadística inferencial empleando la prueba estadística de Rho de Spearman que nos permitirá realizar la comprobación de las hipótesis que nos hemos planteado.
